Aquent is ISO 9001:2000 accredited and takes great pride in the quality of work we supply to all our clients.

Each service has processes in place to ensure the maintenance of quality and consistency in all projects – no matter how small or large. We understand, in our own business as well as those of our clients, that there is no room for mistakes in the processes involved in completing a project.

All our divisions are audited internally on an ongoing basis by our quality manager and internal auditors to ensure that the high standards of professionalism in the services Aquent provides are maintained at all times. In addition, the British Standards Institute audits our quality management system on an annual basis.

Aquent is proud of the high levels of service and procedures achieved through ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and welcomes our clients’ internal auditors to review the processes that affect their projects – providing this does not breach any confidentiality.
